Posto incantevole; la proprietaria ci ha regalato un'aria di vacanza, nonostante il viaggio fosse di lavoro. Colazione di primo mattino con le note di Vivaldi, un ottimo caffè della moka e quattro chiacchiere di piacere. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Staying at Anna’s house was fabulous! The house itself is so beautiful. It feels authentic and historic to its roots as an old farm house, yet beautifully maintained and clean. Decor and furnishings inside the house were so thoughtfully curated, I felt like I was on a movie set. Original art pieces up on the walls, hand painted tile, big open windows and doors, outside seating, lounge chairs by the pool - every detail was thought about.

Despite all these wonderful things, the best thing about our stay was Anna herself. She was so warm and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We booked an individual room rather than an apartment, and each morning she laid out a beautiful breakfast spread and made us coffee. She would visit with us and provide recommendations on what to do, what to see, where to eat, along with some local history.

We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Anna’s house is an absolute beauty, cosy and very comfortable. It was a pleasure to wake up at the sound of the birds with a magnificent view of the horizon of this Tuscan villa. I just loved my room and everything in it especially the views! The Italian breakfast is a must if you are in Italy and Anna knows how to prepare a beautiful table with a great Italian coffee. (Not to mention those delicious Italian almond biscuits). The swimming pool was just so refreshing on those hot summer days that I just didn’t want to go anywhere else! I will book next summer again!

Anna's farmhouse is the most beautiful, arty and characterful place to get to know Tuscany from, and she is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The house and garden are peaceful and green with so many nooks to explore and find out about the history of the place. Anna gives excellent recommendations for places to visit locally in the nearby village, as well as further afield, from thermal spas to Chianina beef and local markets. We had such a memorable trip, I can't wait to return.

We stayed at Casa Ezio Marchi in September 2024. We enjoyed very much a week passed in this authentic and very stylish house owned by Anna. It is surrounded by a large green space embellished with old olive trees and cypresses and has nooks where you can eat or retire. We loved to have dinner there in the delightfull company of Anna's dogs and cats. The atmosphere of this house owes a lot to the pleasant personality of Anna who is very caring with her guests. She is always available to recommend spots to visit, good restaurants and shops where to buy local products. This is also a place to stay if you appreciate the tranquility and proximity of many places to visit, such as valleys and villages that made Tuscany famous.
