Villa d'epoca che sa trasmettere il fascino dei tempi passati. Molto carina la location che garantisce la dovuta tranquillità al soggiorno, non lontana però dai principali servizi e da punti di ristorazione. Camere spaziosissime e ben pulite. Ottima la colazione. A meno di mezz'ora da Bologna. Cos'altro dire.....consigliato!

We had a great one-night stay in a very comfortable two bedroom apartment for our family. This luxury b&b is composed of two beautiful buildings set in a lush green garden with swimming pool. Outstanding breakfast with sustainable local produce, and excellent service. We would definitely recommend it.

Un posto di charme gestito con gentilezza e attenzione.|Tutto positivo, dalla gradevolezza degli ambienti, alla bontà della colazione, alla qualità del sonno. Molto carina anche la visita con degustazione della attigua cantina vinicola.|Torneremo sicuramente.

Posto meraviglioso! Stanze comode e spaziose, location comodissima sia a modana che a Bologna, ai piedi dei colli. Menzione speciale alla colazione "a buffet". Non il solito buffet industriale ma fatto con materie prime della zona di prima qualità. Tornerò sicuramente

We arrived late afternoon and there was a family party going on to which we were promptly invited. We were travelling with our two chihuahuas so our first priority was to get them settled and then we met our host Luigi and his family members who had laid out a home-made feast featuring local produces, meats and specialties, and LOTS of beautiful wines to taste from the family's vineyards. Luigi is an avid foodie and was very eager for us to try many of the local restaurants. His suggestions turned out every time to be spectacular. Our room was large, comfortable and had a very large bathroom shower with beautiful views on the grounds from every window. The bed/mattress was a bit too hard for my taste but Luigi assured me that it was chosen after two years of intensive research! Unfortunately the weather was not very good during our stay, but having two dogs to walk (often) made it mandatory that we explore the beautiful grounds that this estate is set in, and even the rain couldn't dampen the magnificence of the gardens and grounds. Very Napoleonic! Luigi told us that the buildings dated back over 1000 years to the time of Napoleon and the influence is still there. I recommend this establishment highly and without any reservation. What makes it the most special is the caretaker (Luigi) and the care taken to reach out to every guest and make sure all of their needs are met. You will love it!

We (2 families, 7 people total) just spent 3 nights in Pragatto Hills. The stay was perfect. |The welcome by Luigi and staff is beyond friendly, he makes you feel like a returning friend. The house is spotless clean, there is space inside and out to get together for card games etc. |The rooms very spacious and air conditioned. Beds wonderfully comfortable. |The pool is lovely. |We had a medical emergency during our stay and we were looked after in the most processional and efficient and affectionate way by both the hotel’s staff and the ambulance service called for us.|Thank you Luigi, Andrea and everyone for making our stay so relaxing. We shall return!||

We recently spent 6 nights at this B&B and managed to switch off completely from day to day problems and rest and recover in this oasis located just 20 minutes away from Bologna. ||The room (Pignoletto) was very big and spacious. It was also impeccably clean. The Pool area is also a real nice plus to this location and most of the times we had it all to ourselves. ||Breakfast whilst not offering a huge selection was good and furthermore the Nespresso machine was always available throughout our stay which meant that every now and again we could make a coffee. ||Finally a word of praise to the staff who were always really helpful and courteous. ||Given the opportunity we will return.

Tutto perfetto, lo staff è professionale ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. Colazione top, piscina immersa nel verde. Camere silenziose e accessoriate di tutto.
