Hotel Domaso is a good choice for north Lake Como. It is very modern and well appointed. We particularly liked the view from our large balcony overlooking the lake. |The swimming pool is well positioned at the front of the hotel with great views of the lake. The breakfast was good and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The limited food choice from the bar was was well priced and very good. We thought the Aperol Spritz from the bar was the best of our trip to Lake Garda and Lake Como.

Perfect hotel in Domaso. Don’t be put off by the fact that Domaso is further than the other main spots like Bellagio and Menaggio, as you can get the ferry straight there. We arrived from Milan by travelling to Colico station and then a bus from Colico station to Domaso. The bus stops just near the hotel, it’s like a 2 mins walk. We didn’t have a car we did everything on foot just using the bus and ferry’s. Domaso is a quiet little town, it’s a nice spot if you want to be away from the tourist saturated areas like Bellagio and Varenna. Just visit those for the day and you get to come back to a quiet place to rest and also can stay in Domaso for the day as there are some nice restaurants and still have amazing views of lake Como all around. The hotel itself is perfect for what you need, the views are stunning, it isn’t busy, each room has its own courtyard that leads onto the pool area, the breakfast is nice and the staff are wonderful. Overall amazing value and I would stay here again any day! Because it is small there was never any noise from other guests, everyone is polite and respectful.

Very nice modern hotel in the center of Domaso. The staff is very friendly and polite and was nice enough to accommodate our early departure for breakfast. Room was spacious for our family, including our 3 year old, with a small terrace over looking the garden. ||Sound insolation of the windows is simply amazing as we heard almost nothing of the big storm on top of Lombardia that night. ||The hotel has a very (big) convenient and free parking on site.

Eccezionale! Struttura nuova, camera spaziosa pulitissima e ben allestita, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera con accesso al giardino e dalla quale si poteva accedere direttamente in piscina. Dalla piscina si può ammirare una vista spettacolare sul lago. Consigliatissimo per la sua posizione tranquilla per unire al relax la comodità di visitare gli stupendi borghi del lago di Como.| Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente se torneremo sul Lago di Como soggiorneremo ancora qui!

Had a very nice time in this hotel. Our room was spacious and modern and was cleaned well every day. From the balcony, the breakfast room and the swimming pool there is a beautiful view of the lake.

The service was fantastic! Good breakfast, drinks and snacks by the pool and even a wellness center in the hotel.

There is not much to do in Domaso itself, but you can easily go to other places around the lake by car or boat.

In short: if you are looking for a hotel around Lake Como, then this is definitely recommended!

Our group of 6 stayed here for 2 nights in May 2023. |Lovely hotel ! Very clean, and updated, with beautiful views of Lake Como . We checked in late, the gal at checkin was lovely and so helpful, as was the staff working when we checked out. Beautiful pool , although we weren’t able to use it as the weather was a bit cool. |The buffet breakfast was outstanding , and the lovely breakfast staff made us bacon and eggs to order. Yum! |If you’re in the Lake Como area, this is a really great place to stay. 5 star all the way !

Hotel molto bello sull'incantevole lago di Como. Le stanze sono spaziose ed accoglienti con una vista stupenda.. il personale è super e sempre a supporto dei clienti. È un tre stelle ma è superiore a tanti hotel di categoria superiore visitati in questi anni. Lo consiglio e spero di ritornarci.
