Albergo ottimo moderno e pulito. Camera confortevole con letto king size. Ottima posizione sulle fermate di tram e metro REPUBBLICA e a circa un kilometro dalla stazione centrale. Buona la prima colazione servita al bar accogliente con grandi vetrate sulla strada (che è anche la pasticceria per esterni). Personale estremamente gentile.

We booked this hotel due to the decor and cosy appeal. Read all the reviews beforehand and agree it's a fab place to stay. The staff were all amazing, helpful concierge, happy restaurant staff, all very pleasant and engaged in conversation (if you wanted that). Transport links are great, Metro around the corner, tram links 9 & 1, just 10 paces from the hotel. The hotel was a bit smaller than I expected, in terms of lobby sitting area, but that really wasn't an issue. Restaurant had a lovely feel to it and always had a nice buzz about it. Rooms: we had the standard one, it was very clean, bathroom was fine also, beds were comfortable/a little hard than I expected but still comfortable. Would have been nice if the shower was a tad bigger, we had the corner one (I'm used to a larger one at home) but still did the job (water flow/pressure was good). All in all we had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book here again (even though I lend to stay in different places).

Super comfortable bed. Hotel 1 metro stop and short walk from main train station. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast choices were a plenty and of good quality. Would stay again next time in Milan.
The restaurant attached to the hotel has a very nice dinner menu reasonably priced

Good hotel with nice helpful staff. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing as it’s a 10 minute walk to the central station and 3 minutes to the nearest Metro. Lots of restaurants and bars within minutes of leaving the hotel. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first evening. The food was very good. We got a 10% discount off the bill as we were guests. Would have given 5 stars if the lovely room (427) had not been so noisy from passing traffic at all times. The windows need to be sound proofed. A complimentary tray with a kettle,tea,coffee snd milk would have been nice.|Would recommend but would want a room that was not at the front of hotel because of the noise.

We absolutely loved our stay in Milan, we stayed in the Hotel Windsor in the financial district of Milan during Fashion Week. Staying here, far from tourist areas really allowed us to experience the authentic culture of Milan - the initial language and cultural challenges were more than worth it! The hotel is lovely, we had a really nice room with a huge comfortable bed. The staff on the front desk were genuinely exceptional and helped us immensely with advice on public transport. We had an amazing holiday and it was largely down to our choice of hotel, thank you Hotel Windsor. ||The only downside was that the old trams outside the window were loud and started early in the morning, this woke me up once or twice - I appreciate this is not necessarily the hotel's fault though!

A nice enough hotel which was simple but functional. The room was plain and a little dated, but it was clean. On the downside, the shower was awful and barely a trickle. The breakfast in restaurant downstairs was very good and recommended. The staff were nice enough but spent most of their time in the room behind reception and not actually at it. The location was okay and an easy walk about 20 minutes into the centre. there was nothing really wrong with the hotel, but it was just very very vanilla and struggling to find any excellent features to highlight. The breakfast was probably the best thing.

Nice hotel, good location, handy for the underground. Lots of good restaurants around so all good. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style, lots of choice. Run out of things to say but have to get to 200 words. Wish TripAdvisor would get rid of this rule

Pretty good hotel. Rooms could improve a little bit, especially bathroom. Service was good, breakfast was great and it’s located near Repoublica station which makes it so much easier to get around the city.
