The structure is very beautiful. We stayed in the attic and sleeping while seeing the roof made of wooden beams was nice. The room was huge, we were very comfortable with the spaces and the bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious.
The instructions for automatic check-in (we arrived very late and left very early for our needs) were very clear and simple as was the payment method. The staff was very friendly although we have never met them in person. They prepared us a very respectable breakfast complete with pancakes and things ready in the fridge. Really excellent.

Il posto è incantevole immerso nel verde, a pochi passi da Bologna. Le stanze grandi e caratteristiche,molto spaziose(almeno la suite che abbiamo prenotato lo era). Per noi era importante anche la colazione, buonissima e varia. Ci è stata fatta trovare la culla come richiesto con supplemento ed e andata bene. Il personale di servizio è stato gentile. |Diciamo che la cosa un po' che c'è sembrata strana è stato il discorso riscaldamento; è centralizzato e capisco la necessità di risparmiare finché possibile,però faceva freddo durante il periodo del l'Immacolata (0gradi se non meno di notte e fino alle7 quando poi sono stati riaccesi) . Quindi, ci aspettavamo di poter regolare noi la temperatura come volevamo,considerando soprattutto il freddo che ormai fa. |In generale lo consiglio comunque!

You MUST stay here if you are in Bologna. It’s right on the outskirts so you won’t have the busy city life. It’s absolutely stunning. I rented room 0. It’s very big. Beautiful views. The bed is super comfortable. It has a kitchenette. The hills with the wine vineyards is amazing. They serve an amazing breakfast in the morning. They host is quick to respond. The people are so kind. I would never leave if I didn’t have too. ||The bathroom is stunning.

The accomodation is very nice and at a great value. The staff were very kind and helpful. ||The rooms are spatious and have very comfy beds. Attached to the rooms are excellent bathrooms. ||In the morning there is an option to have breakfast. The breakfast served is amazing.

The building and its interior design is a really nice combination of old traditions and modern lifestyle. There is enough room for parking behind the closed gate.|The host suggested a nice, familial restaurant for dinner, visited mostly by local people. The atmosphere was fascinating. |Breakfast was surprisingly abundant and manifold.||

Amazing neighborhood full of greenery, with private gated property.
Perfect for people who want to live their dreams away from the city, exactly what I was looking for.
Very clean and cozy. Rich any yummy breakfast.
Nice and very helpful staff.
A car is a must here, if you want to spend sometimes in the down town, the property is almost 15 min away from the center.

The location is delightful, among the countryside and hills around Bologna. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The breakfast was really plentiful and with a wide choice. The staff were very kind and friendly with children. An excellent base for those like us who had a long way to go to reach our holiday destination.

We stayed in an attic with period wooden floors and accessories and an exposed roof. Excellent breakfast prepared by the staff. Great tranquility, you can't hear any noise and, thanks to the double entrance gate kept at bay, you feel truly safe. Large outdoor garden where you can read and relax in good weather.
