One of the best fast food places! The quality of the chicken is amazing and the fries are so good and salty. Raising caines sauce is even better than the in n out one

I had gone to get a caniac combo for my niece because I was taking care of her my sister wanted the to get her some food from this place. Little did I know there was used alcohol wipes, a used glove that had coleslaw in it super nasty that was in my drive-through bag. I was already home when I noticed it my niece telling me there was a strong smell of alcohol I had to go back and return it, I asked for my money I asked for the manager. She didn’t even apologize. She just said if I wanted to exchange for a fresh food and I asked for my money I made a complaint online and I have not got a response or an apology or something better because that’s not OK. The food was for my niece which she was going to be sharing with my daughter. Shame on you raising canes mind you this was at 9 AM right when they open. I’m pretty sure I was the first one there to order drive-through. since November 4 and still no response. people please be careful and if you’re in the drive-through always make sure to check your bag before you leave. You never know you might find a surprise.

On several occasions I have went to canes and the chicken strips look like this for the money that we paid the chicken should be at least a little bit bigger. The manager on the night that I bought this thought that he was doing something slick. I told them that I didn't want to order the first one that they gave me because it looked like a kid's meal the chicken was so little that I asked for my money back. Then he decided that he would give me bigger pieces these are the pieces the way he had them in the box he added one fries it was a hand scoop of fries. I don't really know why people even go to this restaurant anymore I think this is my last time going to this one maybe I'll try another one but the fact that they give you this amount of food for this price is unacceptable. I would hope people would do them like they did Chipotle and start complaining about the price and the amount of food that they give you. This place doesn't even offer specials

Very good chickens, sauce and fries. The manager (or supervisor, idk who she was) approached us and we had very nice conversation. Totally recommend this place 😉

I've tried raising Cane's twice and both times was disappointed. You see a picture of the food and you get all excited and your taste buds get going, but then you get your strips of chicken that are hardly having any breading on them, and the second time was much worse than the first time. The first time was tolerable so I went ahead and tried it again. The second time it looked like I got whatever was left over at the end of the night and it was mostly plain chicken with no breading the breading covered about 1/3 of the strips of chicken and the chicken strips were very small making me think it was just what was left over granted this was pretty late at night but they were still in full swing and had lots of cars lined up. I'm not inclined to give Cane's a third try

I had just left the bank and my card didn't work. The manager was so thoughtful and took care of my meal. I just want to thank her for being so kind to a vet and being so friendly to me. The restaurant was super busy and super clean. The staff.was friendly and knew there job well. If I could give them a ten I would. This is a great place to visit and eat. Thank you so much to the Cane's staff for making this a great experience.

10 stars! 8pm was the perfect time it was fresh and juicy chicken. The crinkle fries, the toast everything so tasty. Their sauce even better! Why don't I come here more often? Oh yeah cause it's $20 bucks for 10 fingers!

Reena is absolutely amazing. She took our order which was huge. She was able to spot the orders at the window and make sure everything was correct, quick and easy. She ran the drive through window better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Cheers to her and her team working today!
