This website development company engaged in a pattern of neglectful behavior, repeatedly blaming me for non-payment despite the company's numerous errors and mistakes throughout the development process. I further must assert that the company prioritized revenue over quality, using pre-existing templates rather than providing a truly custom-built website. This dissatisfaction with the final product is corroborated by negative reviews from other clients who have had similar experiences. Additionally, I have spoken with two other brokers who have also reported negative interactions with the company, suggesting a systemic pattern of substandard service.

I hired RESI January, 2017 to create custom website and to move my old website into their platform and ended up firing them in November 2017, because I still did not have a website and have had to hire someone else to do this for me. After paying them big money upfront and them promising the website would be completed in 3 months I only got to see the dev site in September! After meeting with them early October and giving them changes, nothing was done and after 5 weeks decided to fire them. Their communication is horrible, they do not respond to emails, they act as if they are the client and not you and then they are very rude. I am trying to get money back for the services they did not complete, but knowing them and their lack of professionalism I am not counting on them doing the right thing.

I wouldn't give them any stars, but Google requires that you do to post.

A preface: I have a degree in design and have help developed/worked on international corporate websites. They call their websites “custom”; what they actually provide is a series of templates that they plug your logo and photos into, slap your color scheme on and call it “custom”.

They charge $15K+ for this process and then you don’t even own your files/website. They charge thousands a year to “service” your site, cause there’s no other way to make changes. When you request changes, you better follow up with them, because you won’t find out if they’ve done their job unless you continually check each page. They do offer an admin login but it barely functions; try to upload a photo to one of your properties, the whole page crashes.

Once you’ve paid the initial overblown price for your site, if you to call them, you’ll get voicemail 99% of the time. If you email, days if not weeks go by without reply. When they do reply, it’s usually impolite and only answers half your questions.

Their product is slap dash. Their customer service is appalling. You’re better off using a Word Press site.

I pay for my design U$S15000 and now I can not get it. They do not give you appointments when you need. They not answer your questions. They are not organized. I need an appointment and they never have a time !!! I do not recommend them. I hope to get my design !!! I Agree with Hillary Burton!!! They are so bad!!!!!
