Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Residence Villa Carolina per ben 10 mesi e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni aspetto. Il Residence è impeccabilmente tenuto, riflettendo una cura costante da parte dello staff per mantenere uno standard elevato.

L'ambiente è semplicemente incantevole, con giardini curati e spazi comuni accoglienti che contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Questo ha contribuito a creare un ambiente sano e confortevole che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. La professionalità e l'attenzione al cliente sono sicuramente tra i punti di forza di questo Residence.
In sintesi, il Residence Villa Carolina ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo a chiunque cerchi un ambiente accogliente, curato e pulito per un soggiorno a lungo termine.

Pino Torinese is known as the "town in the stars." With the COVID situation, lots of hotels and bed&breakfast were closed and I'm not sure what sort of Google search I did to find Villa Carolina but I am glad I did.

When I contacted Villa Carolina i received a quick response from Federica. A very detailed message about the accomodations and the available apartments. I had some questions and when i replied, Federica suggested a call which we accomplished via whatsapp and she explained the apartment situation in great detail. She even went as far as sending me a video of the apartment that i was looking to rent. I had all the information i needed to make a decision.

Federica continued to stay in touch and when i had difficulty finding a COVID testing location in Italy for my return trip, i asked and she provided the location of a testing site, even offering to make the reservations on my behalf but the reservations were really easy to make and i made it.

In addition Federica offered to stock the fridge and pantry, with any items i might have wanted upon my arrival and leaving the receipt ... but there was no need.

Upon our eventual arrival, Federica was there to meet us and showed us the apartment and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment was beautiful. One bedroom downstairs with bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and then a loft with the master bedroom. The apartment was immaculate. Very clean and laid out beautifully.

The residence has a laundry room and a small gym and a beautiful front yard. Big enough to have little kids run around and some lawn chairs to sit and relax. The residence also has a covered parking garage which is nice and it is not a small parking garage like in some italian garages, a nice big garage with plenty of parking.

I can't say enough about the residence itself and the owners. Hands down, if you need to be in Torino or Chieri for business or even for pleasure, do not pass up the chance to stay here. You will not be disappointed.
