This is for their online division. One of the worst customer experiences ever. Send me oversized garments from their July 4th sale. Took forever to get a refund. A lot of indifference and back and forth. Finally a guy named Ross had the decency to offer a refund however they ended up deducting for shipping. I paid shipping when I got the merchandise I paid for my shipping when I returned the merchandise printing my own UPS label. I had to explain myself like four times till they finally got it that I did not owe them shipping but I paid for it twice and I wasn't going to pay for the third time. In the end lost 20 bucks in shipping fees. It's really sad that a company like this that has such a great reputation in the western retail world has succumbed to subpar quality and lackluster service.

Fantastic 5 star service and best place to buy a hat. They will provide a custom fit and adjust the hat to your preference. I walk out with two great hats and they will provide free hat box.

Where else can you go to try on almost every style of hat made by Stetson, Resistol, Dobb’s, etc.? Everything is a factory mistake they consider not good enough for shipment to retail, so it’s all on sale, some up to 70% off.

I've bought many hats there, get a nice quality hat at a discounted price. Staff there to shape it the way you want it. It can be busy at times.

I ordered a hat from Resistol to wear to an event I had coming up. It came in not true to size, so I picked up the phone and called Ryan in customer service. He confirmed that, while rare, it can happen. He had the production manager personally confirm that the replacement hat was true to size, he packaged it up and shipped it to me overnight. That, ladies and gentlemen, is why you buy from American companies. Customer service like that is rare.

Lovely staff! I went in to have my hat trimmed and reshaped. The woman who helped me did a beautiful job and even gave me a couple feathers to put in my band. Super fast and their selection of hats was the best I have seen from any store. If you’re in the city in need of a hat, chances are they will have one for you.
