Eccellente! Una gemma nascosta in Los Angeles! Staff gentilissimo, ambiente carino e tranquillo. La cucina e' fantastica e c'e davvero spazio per tutto. Nel centro di Korea Town, il quartiere e' sicuro e ben servito dai trasporti. Sono stata in altri posti e la qualità/prezzo e' davvero insuperabile. Consigliatissimo!

Comodo, accogliente e sicuro. Uno staff internazionale e persone molto interessanti con cui è un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere e consigli a fine giornata. Anche con un bell’ambiente esterno e una cucina molto ampia dove spesso si cucina insieme. Posizione perfetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Il personale è stato fantastico. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. La camera era pulita e il servizio in camera era sempre puntuale. L’esperienza è stata fantastica. Ci torneremo

I got an incredible rate for $30 a night for three nights through Hotels.com I was advised that I probably wouldn’t wanna stay more than a night and a fellow bunk mate also predicted that admittedly, we did have kind of an art discussion and I left a few hours later. I didn’t check out when I returned. I was told by reservation had not been canceled, but my bed i was given they gave away and that I should file a refund request with hotel Hotels.com. Two text conversations and one 3 AM phone call later… I have an email saying that in three days they might consider my refund request which means that somebody is staying at the hotel for three days and I’m paying for it. I called the hotel twice. They didn’t respond so I booked another reservation and I’ll go there in person and see what today’s excuse is. They said the reason I couldn’t access yesterday‘s room which I’ve already checked on Booking.com. They have plenty of that so another lie.

Will update review when I get to the property. The property is very chic cute and charming. They have free breakfast in the morning and they offer late check out for $15 though it’s only 11 minutes according to the front desk agent. I’m guessing I had a one off experience but again, I’ll update you to see if today’s any different.

Wonderful hostel!! Location was perfect for my trip. Bathrooms were much nicer than expected even though they do get a little warm after a short shower. I’m not sure why they require toilet paper to be tossed in a trash can, because that was a little unsanitary in my opinion but I ignored it since I only stayed 1 night. Not sure if I’d be okay with staying longer than that due to this odd rule.

Definitely bring your own floor + body towels and also some shower slides!! For $30 a night, you can’t beat this place really. My only negative comment besides the bathroom trash situation, is that you have to remember there’s a few other people in your room depending on the option you pick. Unfortunately, this can disrupt your sleep due to people using lights at nighttime, snoring loudly, etc. I tossed and turned most of the night due to these 2 factors but I wasn’t even in the city a full 24hrs so for the low price, I got exactly what I paid for.
I stayed in a mixed-dorm with 4 beds total. Each bed has a big locker which was great, and my linens were very clean! I wasn’t a fan of the metal bunks (due to the creaking noises) versus using wood bunks but I understand the cost efficiency aspect of it. Beds overall aren’t the comfiest so I’d rate comfort level a 5/10.
I would most likely stay again for 1 night at this price point and bring earplugs next time.

I did notice a lot of negative reviews about the customer service but I will say the woman I spoke with up front was very sweet and helpful. Not a single issue talking to her or asking any questions.

Great place, I highly recommend. Very international. Staff is available at the reception desk and always very helpful.

There are several bathrooms and they are clean. Kitchen and other rooms are clean as well.

The hostel is located in a good spot. Everything you need is nearby.

朝食は、毎朝食パン1人4枚 または パンケーキミックス！寝床のコンセントは、タイプC、USBなど対応してるので素晴らしい

I had a great stay at the hostel—friendly staff, clean rooms, and a vibrant atmosphere. However, on my last day, someone took my mug and tea maker. The cleaning staff were travelers working in exchange for a bed, which made it awkward as management can't guarantee safety with strangers they can't control. Despite this incident that I lost my tea maker and coffee
mug, it was still a good experience overall.
