Enjoyed yet another stay at this super hotel. Love the renovated rooms and decor (forgot to take pics).

On this stay, we had some issues with the bathroom and the great reception staff offered without hesitation to find us another room and then arranged to move our bags while we were out for the day. They very kindly sent fruit and chocolates to the room for the inconvenience. Thank you Nicolo, Andrei and your other colleague (whose name I missed) for your attentiveness. We’ll be back !

This hotel is my regular for Milan. It’s in a handy location with easy access to most places by foot or metro. Staff are great - have upped their game over the years. There’s usually one lift that’s not working but two others to compensate! Breakfast buffet is super but a bit pricey.

When in Milan you absolutely must stay at the Westin Palace Milan ! My entire 2 week stay (APRIL/MAY) was beyond fabulous ! the attention to detail, the warmth , and professionalism of the entire staff was incredible ! ||You will find the location perfect for those who wish to use the Piazza della Repubblica Metro station ....just a few minute walk from the hotel's front door. ||When you walk into the lobby you are greeted with the friendliest smiles at any hotel i have ever stayed at........and the scent of Aqua di Parma fragrance.......which you will appreciate especially, after a day out and about .||The Lobby , Restaurant, Bar areas are beautiful and have so many inviting open seating areas ,as well as, more private ones. ||The Buffet Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to satisfy International palates. |My room , GRAND DELUXE Contemporary (Room 320) was just perfect.|This was my 2nd time staying in it ....and i was just as happy the 2nd time as the 1st.||The nightly turn-down service was exception. Each night around 7 p.m. i had a ring at my door .....and a lovely attendant asked if i needed anything for the evening ? |wow ! superb ! |The service by far exceeds other Marriott properties i have stayed at. | |The General Manager, Alessandra Pagano and Operations Manager, Maria Vittoria Beatrici and their dedicated staff of many .......are really exceptional. |It was a pleasure meeting each every one of them .......from the moment of my arrival , Mark - Bellman, Judith G.- Reception , Ilenia-Reception, Carol-Reception, Silvia - Breakfast Hostess, Ilaria-Breakfast Hostess, Hakima-Breakfast Attendant, Anthony-Breakfast Attendant, Evelina and Laura - Housekeeping , Arben and Hemachandran attendants, Antonio- Maintenance , Monica- Express Service Agent, and so , so many other wonderful professional employees. |I thank each for making my stay at the Westin Palace Milan a special time to remember !||I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Friendly staff and very smooth check-in. Arrived early and they had the room ready (even though the hotel was fully booked). ||Great location. ||Breakfast was excellent. ||Nice bar, but staff was very slow. Didn’t really acknowledge the guest. Reckon they could do with one or two additional people. ||Would stay again, one of the better hotels in Milan.

Just back from a short 3 night stay at the Westin in Milan. Beautiful hotel with some of the best hospitality staff I have encountered at any hotel from check in to check out they were all so helpful, friendly and a credit to the Marriott brand. This was a birthday trip with my adult daughter and both of us would have no hesitation in returning. We had a beautiful Delux twin room (very old world) huge bathroom and wardrobe dressing area with a view of the Milan Duomo in the distance. We didn’t eat breakfast here but did have an evening meal at the Lounge Bar. Food was good quality but again service and attention of staff was excellent. We met Phillipo and another young girl during our visit to the Lounge sorry I cannot remember her name but they were a credit to the Marriott brand. |Location was good approx 10/15 min walk to the main square / cathedral area - 5/10min walk to Central station area where we picked up some bus tours we had booked. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Milan that has old world charm and style with modern conveniences, excellent staff and in a great location for sightseeing then I would highly recommend a stay at the Westin Palace in Milan.

Awesome check in experience by Andrei - great attitude and warm welcome to the hotel. We arrived late so there was not many options to eat from room service. Buffett breakfast was great and had a special touch of offering a dish from the a la carte additionally. Would recommend specially if you are a business traveler visiting Milan and need a 5* accommodation in the city. The lobby area is stunning.

Amazing Experience. I have 17 years with Marriott and stay 50-75 nights per year. This was acknowledged and appreciated everywhere in this hotel. However this team seems to treat everyone with the same hospitality no matter their loyalty. Want to point out Andrei at the front desk and Sylvie the breakfast manager. Always pleasant- always willing to accommodate and are what made this portion of this trip even more special. Thanks Westin for being part of our 20th Wedding Anniversary experience.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. I personally love the vintage style, which is the case here. The rooms show that the hotel is not the newest but they made sure all is well equipped and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Rich breakfast with a la carte order option.|Location is great. It takes about 30 min walk to the dome area, which we didn't mind at all and got to see the city. |My main appreciation is to the amazing friendly staff. The service by all the people working in and around the reception was excellent. I had to pump milk for 4 days as I had to travel without my baby. They all were sooo helpful with storing my milk every day in their freezer. I was so worried about it and they kept reassuring me. Special thanks to Judith who was always supportive. Also thanks to Carol and Carolina. Unfortunately I do not catch the names of the other very helpful gentlemen at the reception and the concierges who took the milk to the freezer. Thanks also to the kitchen staff who took care of it. This support meant so much to me. I am glad I stayed at the Westin and would definitely go back there.
