The staff is rude, vindictive, and unresponsive. The rooms are overpriced for there condition. You have to be buzzed in by staff and they often leave you standing outside while they peruse their phones. Emergency doors are nailed shut creating a safety hazard. They have roaches and you can hear rats scratching in the walls. If the front desk staff disagree with you they have no problem verbally accausting you at the top of their lungs. The cleaning staff steals on the rare occasion they decide to clean your room. Hotel provides one roll of toilet paper a week. The hotel is supposed to be under construction but workman have not been here in months. One star is too many for this rat trap! Only send your enemies to this location.

If I could rate -0 stars, I would. One management women got in my mother's face n blamed us for a broken faucet when literally the only way to turn the shower on was to hold the wall back then pull the knob as hard as you can. In the process of trying my hardest to turn it on, it popped off..I dnt think they should have taken all our deposit for an issue that was already there....then the women lied about being the owner when I myself heard her say she had a boss....DOBNOT WASTE YOUR TIME N MONRY HERE......

Absolute garbage. they (especially the extremely rude management) will find a way to steal either your money or your property. Very nasty room with oily film on the windows. Don't forget to buy food for the staff because they are apparently starving living in such squaller

So I don't know why people are complaining. The hotel is charging very little and we would have ended up on the streets if it weren't for their great prices! However, you do get what you pay for. They obviously attempt to make everyone as comfortable as possible but it is run down. For these great deals though, what do people expect! The fact that they offer breakfast was also very nice for my family, it was probably the best meal we ate everyday. The breakfast is presented professionally however it is just things you could find at a convenience store and bagels, toast and eggos are the only "hot" foods you'll find. There is no pool anymore but it is a nice sitting area around a cute yet smelly pond. For people who are struggling, this is a great place. For snobby people, I suggest you pay a little more and see the rewards of actually having money! The only complaint I personally have is that they do not clean our rooms but once a week. My son is crawling and I'm pregnant, so if you see a big preggo lady carrying her trash down the hall you know who I am! That is FRUSTRATING! They gave me fresh towels but what I really need is for someone to lug a vacuum up here and vacuum my room so I'm not worried about where my son is crawling. Otherwise, thanks for the great deal so we have a roof over our heads!

Beware! The photos they have up are OLD! This place is rundown and looks like a place where cracks heads go. It was old, messed up and dirty!?
When we arrived we were told the rooms wouldn't be ready for another half hour bc it needed to get cleaned. We went back to find out that it was a run down place to have a smoking run which we were clear we didn't want when we reserved. (Room wasn't even cleaned!) They didn't have another king so offered a queen size. We accepted and the room was just as bad, but a fill size bed - NOT queen like they offered. They wouldn't even send us to another location or anything. The place we reserved through got the motel to drop the fee to cancel our reservation and told us it would be 7 - 10 business days before we'd get a refund. I threatened to sue and we received a refund by the next day Saturday. (Everything was worst than it appears on the photos!)

I had to leave after only five minutes in the room. Although the room was clean and smelled nice, the place was incredibly sketchy. There was a guard dog and security officer. In addition, the elevator smelled heavily of smoke and the room only had one small pillow for each person. The walls are thin so whenever people walked by you heard everything. But the breaking point for me was that the lock was broken. Fifty dollars a night is nothing compared to your safety. Find a better hotel. One that you can feel safe in.

The People are Very Nice & Friendly. They protect your privacy, keeps your room clean. They have security cameras everywhere, & Security Guard on the premises. The fix any problems that comes up. I Will Definitely Stay here, Again

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're in a very bad situation like we were. The staff is awesome that's the one good thing I can say about it. There were bed bugs it was dirty and the towels we're stained. We paid $280 for a week and gave us a room with a full size bed, no table or chair in the room. Housekeeping never came to the room! There were bed bugs and a bad smell in the hallways. I wouldn't have stayed but we had no choice and had already payed.
