We have just returned home from a week at this hotel feeling very relaxed. The staff in all areas from reception to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of lake Lugano. We did not pay to use the adult only spa but used the family spa and sauna. We found the best time to go was after 6pm as it was quieter. The spa had sauna, steam room and relax area where children under 16 were not allowed. There are 2 outdoor pools which we did not try as they are not heated and also private beach area. We were on half board, the breakfast had so much choice. The evening menu changed each evening, we had to pay for our drinks. There is parking on site but it is chargeable. The staff are knowledgeable on places to visit.

This is a fantastic resort. Do not hesitate in booking it. Got an apartment with an amazing view of the lake. Very spacious and clean. Service is superb, everyone very helpful and with the best attitude and lovely smiles. Spa is great, I was the only one there, had 3 saunas and steam room just for me, wished it opened earlier and would then have used it every day. Inside pool is very nice. Outside pools look fantastic but they are not heated and it was cold in October. This place must be a hit in summer for families with kids, tons of activities and things to keep the entire family busy (foozball, pingpong, tennis, amazing outdoor areas, teens and kids clubs, etc). Ah...and THE breakfast....delicious! First time I go to a buffet breakfast and don’t take any carbs....the other options are so great ...so many fruits (the best mango I have had in a while, great papaya, passion fruit, etc), juice machines, eggs to order, smoothies, prosecco, etc....kids loved the pancakes. Resort is 20 min to Lugano, 20 min to Lake Como. Don’t miss Villa Del Balbianello (where Star Wars and James Bond were filmed). This was my 4th trip to Como/Lugano region and by far the best accommodation I have had there.

Straordinario, siamo stati sabato su domenica.
-L'accoglienza: Professionali, all'altezza della struttura che ci ha ospitati. Appena arrivati subito aperitivo di benvenuto sul terrazzo e massaggio nell'area benessere.
- La SPA molto curata, non manca nulla, gli spazi non sono immensi ma bastano per il pubblico della struttura, noi non abbiamo trovato quasi nessuno. Tuttavia alla spa si accede senza costume.
- La cena: bisogna star attenti agli orari perché dopo un certo orario non è più possibile cenare, abbiamo comunque trovato una buonissima trattoria nelle vicinanze.
- La stanza (in realtà era un mini appartenenti con ampio balcone vista lago): non mancava nulla, ma veramente nulla!!! c'era tutto ciò di cui uno potrebbe avere bisogno, il letto comodo ed i cuscini non mancano di comodità, magnifico.!!
La colazione: adatta ad ogni preferenza o intolleranza, scelta vastissima per accontentare veramente tutti.
Unica nota negativa, il parcheggio della struttura, non proprio economico. Non incluso nel pacchetto prenotato, all'arrivo non era stato specificato, ma ad ogni modo non penso ci sarebbero state altre alternative.
Per rilassarsi e staccare la spina é un ottimo posto !!

My husband and I stayed here towards the end of our 12 day trip and it was the perfect setting to wind down the trip. Lake Lugano is gorgeous and there is not one bad view from the resort. We hung out one day at the private beach and swam in the lake and rented the paddle boats for an hour, which I highly recommend. The restaurants were amazing as well and I highly recommend asking about reserving the Buddha pavilion for a private dinner for two- really romantic and you just can’t beat the views. If you want to check out Lake Como, it’s only about a 25 minute drive. This place is also great for families. We would definitely stay here again!

Che dire di questo posto meraviglioso... unico ed eccezionale...e ciò che lo rende tale non è la posizione, una vista mozzafiato,la piscina vista lago, la spa, la colazione super...., ma la cordialità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately on our visit the weather wasn't the best but the views were still breathtaking. If you are lucky enough for some sunshine they have a large pool with sun loungers for you to relax or you can stay by your room and relax. ||||Restaurants serve amazing food will friendly staff. Aparentments are very clean and spacious. I would stay here again. ||||For those of you that like walking a 15minute walk along the lake will take you to porlezza with traditional coffee shops and restaurants and you can take the bus from here to menaggio to explore more of the lake.||||When travelling from the airport get the shuttle bus to the train station, the train to lugano and then the local bus to the hotel which stopsnright outside. Cheapest option.

Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular, the hotel is situated in a beautiful spot on the north side of Lake Lugano where it enjoys sunshine throughout the entire day. There are a number of swimming pools to cater for children and adults as well as an indoor option. There is an array of activities for all with excellent food available all day. Finally I would thank all the staff for their attentiveness during or stay with particular thanks to the manager, the breakfast staff and to Claudio for entertaining our daughter, many thanks.

We spent six nights at this fantastic hotel - and we will be back ... Great hotel with lots of offers for all kind. We were a family of four with kids at the age of 6 and 9. But we could have gone here with smaller or older kids (teens). Two swimming opportunities (pool and lake) which both had slides and fun for young and old ones ;), several restaurants with fantastic food and wines, activities on the lake, friendly and helpful staff, SPA opportunity etc... I also went to the golf course in Menaggio and the staff helped booked this as well. We could have spent 10 days here!! You can walk to Porlezza (1.6 km) or drive to lake Como or the city. Drive to Lugano and take a day out to the outlets (Fox town). I can highly recommend this place. Best place we have ever stayed ... (Compared to Thailand, US, Mexico, Caribbean etc.)
