This is not a 4-star hotel. Though typical in Europe, this hotel does not have an AC so the room was uncomfortably hot. They did bring us a fan, though, which we appreciated. No hot water in shower. Location is good but overall we did not enjoy our stay - this hotel is in need of an update & refresh.

Good location. That's the only positive. |-€679.80 to stay on a Monday and Tuesday night in mid May. |-Breakfast was basic|-No TV in the room. |-Bed sheets had a cold and damp feel. |-1970s decor (although the lobby masked this)|-Broken lift |-Carpets in the hall coming away from the sub floor. A trip hazard. |-No gym as far as I could tell|-No residents' bar|-No option for breakfast in bed - I believe. |-View from the room was atrocious. |-Air con turned off because who can sleep in a space that sounds like a diesel engine going flat out. ||Visited for a work trip thinking the proximity to the office I was visiting was worth the additional expense. Not at all. Will be in Milan again another few times this year and next and I 100% will not be booking here again. After a long day of work, it's nice to return to a comfortable space. This was not a comfortable space.

The room is surprisingly big for a hotel in the city center

The staff were nice.The breakfast was good. The elevator was also surprisingly spacious

We would have preferred if the bathtub was just a shower instead. The bathtub with curtains was quite narrow and it felt like a bit of a tight squeeze inside. The water also took a while to heat up. Lastly, we would have preferred if the hair dryer was a regular one instead of the wall mounted kind

Recently stayed at this hotel and the location was the best thing about this place!!!||Pros |-GREAT location!|-Lovely rooftop bar but for the best seats I would recommend to book!! |-helpful/friendly staff at the front desk||Cons|-Extremely outdated, so shabby throughout broken chairs/ broken bathtub/ bedding with rips in/ paint and tile chips everywhere - room was not as advertised|-1 plug socket in our whole room - which isn’t ideal when your needing to charge phones for guides/maps/tickets |-Not only there is there just one plug … when you turn the lights out to sleep the electric for the whole room goes off meaning you can’t charge anything overnight !! |-both my partner and I woke up with insect bites EVERYWHERE !!! Unsure exactly what from but from other reviews it seems to be a common occurrence at this hotel! |-No air con (wary if travelling through summer months)||Overall even with the great location we would not be stopping again!

Premetto che questa recensione è riferita solo ad un aperitivo nel Roof top bar…. Esperienza tristissima con camerieri non all’altezza che di aperitivo milanese non sapevano nulla …. Unica cosa a livello milanese era il prezzo… per il resto proprio non ci siamo da evitare…. Milano può offrire di molto meglio allo stesso prezzo…. mai più!!!!! Grazie ….. detto questo scendendo per le scale abbiamo notato nei pianerottoli una moquettes che penso avrà avuto almeno quarant’anni veramente disgustosa se tanto mi dà tanto le camere saranno di conseguenza di simile livello! Per i turisti che dovessero leggere questa recensione vi assicuro che Milano è un’altra cosa rispetto a quello che offre quest’hotel e questo Roof top bar!

Rooms are small . But generally clean ... breakfast was good but no variety
It's mid April at noon my room was very warm I thought something was wrong with the thermostat. When I asked the reception he said all airconditiong for the rooms are turned of till May !
The hotel is located in a tight spot so don't expect flexibility in transportation .
Never the less it's very close to the domo and you can have a very good experience if you like shoping .

Esperienza pessima e inqualificabile, il 6 marzo ho prenotato una doppia per 2 giorni (22 e 23 marzo) il 13 marzo è stata fatta una preautorizzazione sulla mia carta di credito per l'importo della prima notte al momento del saldo ho chiesto di aggiungere alla preautorizzazione la seconda notte e ho regolarmente pagato con carta di credito l'intero importo dovuto, nonostante ciò a pagamento effettuato, hanno richiesto un ulteriore autorizzazione sulla carta di credito per un importo superiore a quello della prima autorizzazione richiesta, bloccando di fatto la possibilità di utilizzare la somma di 266,50 dalla mia carta nonostante il pagamento già interamente versato, una situazione kafkiana, nonostante le mie ripetute telefonate non mi hanno dato una spiegazione logica. Ad oggi 28 marzo, la somma non è stata sbloccata, contrariamente a quanto asserito dall'hotel manager che mi ha risposto. Inoltre il servizio clienti di Nexi, oltre a non capacitarmi del motivo per cui a fronte di un pagamento contabilizzato per intero venga chiesta un ulteriore autorizzazione che di fatto blocca l'utilizzo della somma, mi ha assicurato che il codice ARN che mi è stato fornito, non può sbloccare la preautorizzazione. Ribadisco quanto affermato nella prima recensione MAI PIÙ IN QUEL POSTO, NON MI È MAI ACCADUTO NIENTE DI SIMILE.

I'm disgusted to have spent a night at this hotel.  Absolutely horrendous, outdated, dirty rooms.  The AC doesn't work whatsoever, the paint is chipping, there's rust and mold everywhere, no screens on the windows so you can't even open those without something potentially flying in.  The room is so so hot, way hotter then it is outside and never cooled down even when the outside temp dropped.  The room hasn't been updated in multiple decades.  I would give this hotel a negative rating if possible.  Id rather sleep on a bench then in that disgusting room again. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
