hotel assolutamente all’altezza delle 5 stelle che porta e della catena di cui fa parte. ho soggiornato in altri hotel “luxury collection” e in tutti ho trovato sempre servizi di standard elevato, cortesie e disponibilità da parte del personale, attenzione I particolari. L’hotel si trova in pieno centro a 2 passi da Alamo e dal Riverwalk, parcheggio auto vicino all’hotel molto comodo e con servizio veloce da parte dei valletti. |Hall imponente e di grande effetto, camera ampia, con letti confortevoli e tutti i prodotti di cortesia che si può desiderare, molto grande anche il bagno.|molto bella e piacevole anche la piscina sul tetto con bella vista sulla città circostante.|ho apprezzato molto considerato il caldo che c’era l’acqua freschissima e dissetante con limone e cetrioli offerta nella hall dell’hotel ed in piscina. ottima idea per coccolare gli ospiti.|molto buona anche la colazione, unico neo i tempi di attesa davvero troppo lunghi. hotel consigliatissimo!

Poco da dire, bellissimo, lussuosamente elegante nel centro di S. Antonio, a due passi dal River Walk e da Alamo.||Arredamenti unici, servizio ottimo, camere immense e belle.||||Io ho soggiornato 5 giorni per un meeting lavorativo e ne sono rimasto entusiasta.||Prezzi in linea con quello che garantisce un un hotel di lusso come questo.

We've stayed at this hotel twice and we had a great experience both times. And we will definitely stay again next time we're in San Antonio. The rooms are very, very spacious and have everything you may need. The beds are super comfortable! The only thing I would say is that they could do a better job cleaning the bathrooms in the rooms, that's all really, particularly the showers. Breakfast downstairs is great, so is the coffee. And we tried the fitness center this last time and we had a wonderful experience. They had towels, water bottles and sealed earphones on every machine. The valet is also very good, they bring everything out for you and the car is quick to arrive. Dean was very helpful and gave us excellent service! Worth every penny.

The location was perfect. We especially liked that it was across the street from Hopscotch, a really cool art installation event that my entire family loved. The rooms furniture could use a little refresh and two of the elevators were out of service while we were there, but still a great hotel. Also, Dean in the valet department was super nice.

The St.Anthony has character. Its green accents, French Empire furniture, art work, and historical value sell the place. The location is 2 blocks from the River Walk and is in close proximity to other attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were nice. I also iked how they had 3 bars as well. The only negative was how freezing the bars were, but, in saying that, it seemed every bar we went to was sub zero. In all, we would stay again for sure.

I want to love this hotel and it really should be a 5 star BUT the room we arrived to is not well maintained and there have been a few service issues. Unfortunately, many issues were very evident within the first 24 hours of our stay. Aside from this, on the surface the hotel and room are beautiful, we had a delicious family lunch here, and the staff is nice when you speak with them. Our room type is spacious with plenty of storage, nice views, well labeled buttons for the lights in the room. The amenities are also appreciated. We always stay at Marriott properties and are quite satisfied. This luxury property falls short for this particular stay.

ROOM ISSUES: There were several issues including a toilet paper holder that's loose and drops the role to a bathroom fan that doesn't function resulting in fogged up mirrors and dripping a bathroom vanity after each shower. There's also the issue of the missing handle on the sliding door of the bathroom. There a other issues as well. They did send an engineer to address some room issues once I named them but few of the issues were resolved and we have yet to get any follow up information from the management about the unresolved matters. I understand that some things take time to fix. I don't understand lack of follow up from the management.

SERVICE ISSUES: Additionally, the room did not receive service the first night here so we returned after a day out to find some dirty towels still on the floor and full garbage cans. We valeted a car and were unable to use their digital system for calling the car for the first morning and afternoon here because they didn't scan the keys into the system (despite us making them aware of this issue in the morning it was not yes resolved after a late lunch]. As with the room there are a few other matters as well.

This is our second time staying here in 3 years and I hope to be able to update this review later if our experience improves for the rest of our stay. In 2021 we had a very pleasant experience free of any issues. They even had a toy bin back then and offered guests that are children an opportunity to pick one from a generous selection of toys that were superior to the standard goody bag filler toys typically handed out to kids. At the time I loved how they went the extra mile to make children feel welcome in this environment. My oldest still plays with that toy to this day. This year, they gave us a tiny plastic ring for my two year old (choking hazard) and I don't think they noticed my oldest child who was briefly out of view with a family member so they didn't offer a second trinket.

This hotel is so beautiful the lobby reminded me of the hotel in "Pretty Woman" !! Although we didn't stay there we did have a breakfast there and it was delicious and and the staff were most helpful and service was great . There are 6 huge beautiful chandeliers in the lobby. I have never seen anything like this hotel !

The hotel was clean and quiet nor did I see wear on carpets or furniture anywhere in the lobby or bathroom or bar. The rugs and drapes and size of the rooms for a ballroom reception room looked lovely. It was elegant in my opinion.

You need to at least walk into the hotel if you are a tourist in San Antonio it takes your breath away. We are from Seattle Washington and we have nice hotels here too but the St. Anthony is from another age but kept up very well. It is stunning!!

The location is good too. The staff was just as professional with us as they were with guests. Valet parking and I didn't see anyone having to schluff their luggage in. We enjoyed our visit very much. If I knew how to do pictures from my camera to the computer I would enter them.
